Once the estimate is accepted and a deposit has been received,  the project is submitted to manufacturing, where it is reviewed by the Manager, and placed into production. The stair construction portion of the order is manufactured and assembled (without railings), and prepared for installation.

The requirements for balustrades are forwarded to the railing department so they can prepare for this stage of the project. Stair and handrailing delivery times vary depending on home construction schedules. Ottawa Valley Handrailing works closely with the builder/contractor/homeowner to ensure the timely delivery and installation of the stairs & balustrade.
